It is my privilege to recognize the outstanding achievements of my constituents. If you live in Utah’s First District and would like to request a Congressional Commendation, please fill out the form below. Achievements include appointments to public office, citizenship, Eagle Scout, elections to public office, Gold Star, teacher of the year awards, acts of heroism, Service academy appointments, and other achievements of public distinction.
My office is also happy to help you secure any of the following congratulatory greetings from the President. Presidential Greetings are typically fulfilled for the following events, though this list is subject to change:
- Birthday greetings (80 years or older)
- Wedding anniversaries (50 years of marriage or more)
- Birth of a baby
